1.Due to the light and screen difference, the item's color may be different from the pictures.

2.Please allow 1-3mm differences due to manual measurement.

3.If order amount is more than USD150,We will ship the goods by Fedex or DHL for free shipping.

4.If products have many colors, you choose colors from below color chart,But please remark the colors number and quantity in your order, or you can leave a message to us, then we will send you the items as your requirement, Otherwise we will ship colors in random.

Refund & Return

1. All the crafts are handmade so flaws are inevitable. Please understand that is not quality issue.

2. If the item arrives to you broken, please contact us immediately, we’ll help you solve the problem perfectly.

3. If you simply don’t want the item your ordered and want to return, please contact us & return it within 5 work days. Buyers pay the return fees.(suggestion: make the package as small as possible, shipping fee $5 below). We’ll refund your money  once we receive the item you returned.
